At Rissa Nail Studio, every set is handcrafted with intention, creativity, and care. Inspired by the Proverbs 31 woman, our mission is to create beauty that empowers women to walk confidently, boldly, and faithfully in who God created them to be. Every design is more than a nail set it is a reminder of strength, grace, and purpose.

1. Processing Time

Each set is handmade to order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment. Processing times may increase during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

2. Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Also, once an order has been shipped and dropped off with the carrier, it is no longer in our control. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS or UPS) for assistance and tracking support.

3. Sizing

For all new clients, it is REQUIRED to purchase a sizing kit to ensure accurate nail sizing before placing your order. This is essential to guarantee the best fit, comfort, and overall wear of your press-on nails.

Rissa Nail Studio is not responsible for incorrect sizing selections if a sizing kit was not purchased and used prior to ordering.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.

Order cancellations once production has begun

Every set is individually handcrafted, which means slight variations in design placement, color, or detail may occur. These small differences are what make each set unique and one of a kind.

6. Nail Care

Proper application and removal are essential for maintaining the quality and longevity of your press-ons. Rissa Nail Studio is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, misuse, or removal.
